Happy Spring and welcome to our Spring newsletter! In keeping with the season we’ve included some green, growing and gardening links to get you Springing ahead. In our search for the perfect cherry tomato for our vegetable garden we discovered Invincible Summer Farms on the North Fork, a cooperative that cultivates heirloom variety seeds (and ultimately plants) that have been trialed and tested for Long Island adaptability. Take a look at the “Grown on the North Fork” link.
“Creating a Green Getaway at Home” is part of a newly launched lifestyle blog created by Corcoran titled "INHABIT" which has lots of beautifully photographed and interesting content to be found on the site.
In our “All Things Montauk” section please click on “Make Montauk Home.” This link was created by Whalebone Magazine specifically for Montauk Corcoran Agents to feature their listings digitally. The photo linked to the site is actually our waterfront listing at 112 Soundview in Montauk.
We’ve also brought you some restaurant news. Can’t wait to sip a glass of rose’ at Wolffers new tasting room which is all ready for Summer 2017! And as you can see, our grandson Max is also all ready for a Montauk Summer! Didn’t know that fedoras for one year olds actually exist…
Look for our email at the end of this month with The Corcoran Group’s 2017 Q1 state of the market report which is expected to be released on April 27th.
Please stop by our office in Montauk to say hi and if we are not in go two doors to the west and visit Montauk Mainstay! Warmest Regard, Pete and Lo
