Freshen your real estate relationships. Even if you’re not considering a move at the moment, keep in touch with your real estate agent. This simple act lets you know you have someone on your side if and when need them. Personally, I’d love to chat with you for a few minutes, on the phone or in person, to discuss your current strategy. These conversations can help you feel content with your strategy or, we’ll come up with a better one.
