Yes, Virginia, there still is a Spring Season in NYC. And May is the beginning of the outdoor cultural activities that make the city affordable. In this month's newsletter I intend to highlight some of the amazing events available to both New Yorkers and tourists alike. Personally, I am so excited that BRIC is once again sponsoring the Dance Parties in Brooklyn Bridge Park. Brooklyn is the most exciting place on earth, and there is nowhere that has more real estate news, market updates and neighborhood happenings.
Please reach out to me if you have any real estate specific questions, would simply like to discuss current market conditions, or wish to receive real estate news about your neighborhood.
Sincerely, Lissa Wolfe
